Product Condition

All collectible cards are brand new and factory-sealed. Due to international shipping and multiple transshipments, slight compression, minor dents or edge wear may appear on outer packaging. These are normal transit marks and do not affect the sealed condition or collection value. Such minor flaws are not considered quality defects and are not eligible for after-sales claims.

Outer Packaging Adjustment

To reduce dimensional weight surcharges, outer cartons of some items may be removed. All inner boxes, blind box packaging and factory seals remain fully intact. Product integrity, brand-new status and resale value are unaffected.

Flat worldwide rate: HK$200 per order — unlimited quantity & weight.

We ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. All international freight, customs fees, import duties and taxes are included. No hidden charges upon delivery.

Customs & Taxes

All tariffs, VAT and customs clearance fees are prepaid by us. Buyers worldwide are not required to pay any additional customs charges.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Blind box collectible cards cannot be restored once opened and are non-returnable. Only unopened, fully sealed products with substantial defects are eligible for return.

Damaged Shipment

If your package arrives severely damaged or with missing items:

  1. Keep the outer packaging and take proof photos
  2. Note your order number
  3. Contact our customer service

We will verify and offer replacement or refund. Minor compression or surface wear from transit is not eligible for compensation.

Unboxing Video Recommendation

We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video upon receiving your package. Providing a video will significantly speed up claim resolution. Without video evidence, additional verification may be required and processing time extended.

Payment Dispute Policy

We keep complete records of all orders including shipping proof, tracking and packaging documentation. Please contact us first before initiating any formal dispute.

  • Dissatisfaction with randomly drawn card contents is not grounds for a refund or dispute.
  • An unboxing video helps us resolve damage or missing item claims faster.
  • Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
  • If a dispute is raised, we will cooperate fully with the payment platform’s investigation.

We believe most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Our team is committed to finding a fair solution for every customer.

📋 After-Sales Service Policy

  1. Blind Box Products: Card products have randomized contents. Returns or refunds without valid reasons are not accepted after payment.
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If items received don’t match your order or have obvious defects, contact customer service within 10 working days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  3. Unboxing Video: We recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from sealed package to full reveal. This serves as valid proof for all after-sales claims.
  4. Quality Standards: Minor color variation, slight scratches or slight curling on cards are within normal production tolerances and do not qualify for return or exchange. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
